Architectural & Planning
The Architectural and Planning Division provides comprehensive design & planning services for any new build or significant conversion project. Such services include feasibility and site assessments, planning applications, planning appeals, space planning, and architectural project services. Recent architectural projects include a £2.5 million luxury house extension and refurbishment project in Hampstead, and master planning advice on a £25 million residential scheme in South East London.
Interior Design
The Interior Design Division provides full design services to both corporate and private clients. Services include measured surveys, space planning, 3D walk through presentations, and comprehensive design and contract services. The Division undertakes many restaurant, office, and luxury residential projects. Recent projects completed include a £750,000 office fit out scheme in London Bridge, a restaurant refurbishment in Bromley, and a £250,000 million flat conversion in Hyde Park.
Building Surveying
The Building Surveying Division offers a full range of professional building surveying services, including both project work and professional consultancy advice. Project work includes office, educational, and residential refurbishments, conversions and extensions (including disabled facilities grant work). Professional consultancy advice includes project management, employer’s agent, commercial surveys, fire insurance reinstatement estimates, party wall advice, and dilapidation services. Recent work includes a five flat conversion project in Shepherds Bush, fifteen house extensions in South East London, a commercial building survey of an industrial park, and terminal dilapidations advise on a large shop in Kilburn.
