Building Surveying

The Building Surveying Division offers a full range of professional building surveying services, including both project work and professional consultancy advice. Project work includes office, educational, and residential refurbishments, conversions and extensions (including disabled facilities grant work). Professional consultancy advice includes project management, employer's agent, commercial surveys, fire insurance reinstatement estimates, party wall advice, and dilapidation services. Recent work includes a five flat conversion project in Shepherds Bush, fifteen house extensions in South East London, a commercial building survey of an industrial park, and terminal dilapidations advise on a large shop in Kilburn.
